I did an awfully good job of choosing where to be born, and an even better job of choosing my parents.
I’ve had the privilege of calling beautiful British Columbia home since my first day. I still haven’t tired of the serene waterscapes, the rugged landscapes, the invigorating snowscapes, the majestic treescapes treescapes, or even the humble flowerscapes in neighbors’ front yards. It’s no secret that the sights here are amazing, but the way to double the enjoyment of these sights is less known. Sharing the sights is what gives double enjoyment.
As beautiful as my home province is, it’s nothing in comparison with the perfect world that, according to the Bible, God would like each of us to enjoy someday. Which brings me to my second boast:
There are two people who wouldn’t rest satisfied until they found clear, logical answers about who the God of the Bible is, and whether there are intelligent reasons there are to believe in Him. I have the privilege of calling them Mom and Dad. They inspired me to search the Bible for myself, to discover not just the beauty of word and thought, but the beauty of God’s character. And I’ve discovered a way to double the amount of beauty that I see in the Bible. Maybe you’ve figured out what it is already… Sharing the beauty that I discover in the Bible doubles the beauty that I see.
So now you know why I started the Gospel Pics website. I’ve been blessed exponentially beyond what I deserve, but I want to double the blessing.
Gospel Pics has been a blessing despite its slow beginnings. But now I want to see if the blessings can be multiplied exponentially. I have a sneaky suspicion that if this website can inspire you and others to find and share God’s double blessings, His blessings will keep multiplying.
